职位描述：
任职要求：
1.bachelor degree above and majored in mechanics or related;
本科以上学历,机械或相关专业；
2.3~ 5 years CNC maintenance experience for effective Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic in plant;
3~5年数控设备维护工作经验，具备电气、机械、液压和气动知识；
3.Familiar with CNC control system, such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain and M & G command in program;
熟悉数控设备控制系统，例如西门子，法拿克，三菱和海德汉；熟悉编程中的G代码和M代码；
4.Strong knowledge in how to check the Output/Input of PLC in CNC equipments;
良好的PLC诊断技能；
5.Good reading capability for CNC maintenance manual books in English;
良好的专业数控资料的英文阅读能力；
6.Can resolve various alarm for Electrical and Mechanical faults by oneself;
能解决电气、机械方面的各类故障；
7.Good communication skill and Good team work spirit.
良好的沟通技能和良好的团队合作精神。
职位职责：
1.Diagnose fault for CNC machines, such as control system, spindle, etc;
数控机床的故障诊断，如控制系统，主轴维修等；
2.Perform machine TPM timely;
及时完成机器的全员生产维护；
3.Do technical training for the technicians;
培训技术员；
4.Build the reasonable spare parts storage for CNC machines;
准确定义数控设备的维修备件；
5.Keep machine get improvement, such as Green Belt Project, Kaizen Project;
设备的改善和完善，如GB和Kaizen项目；
6.Keep good housekeeping and 6S;
达到工作现场的6S要求。
