职位描述： Responsibilities主要职责: Responsible for expediting materials, and documents required from the supplier. 督促供应商及时提供订货,及相应的文件 Implement quality initiatives to attain and maintain customer satisfaction and focus. 主动进行质量检查,达到客户要求标准 Visit supplier fabrication shops as required to perform regular on spot expediting/inspection until fabricated material / material are shipped 定期检查供应商生产制造现场,直到订货发运 Coordinate shipment issues with suppliers 协调发运 Conduct internal customer and supplier surveys to evaluate performance and to determine conformance to established standards. 代替内部客户对供应商进行评估,确认其是否达到标准 Review internal customer complaints to determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent recurrence. 处理来自客户的申述,避免问题再次发生 Maintain an accurate log on the history of the negotiations between the supplier and ALSTOM in relation to the contract progress and updates on as frequent a basis as necessary to insure on-time delivery 保持与供应商的联系记录,确保供应商及时交货 Working closely with global team, communicate and solve technical and quality issues with engineering and quality teams 与各地同事密切合作,交流沟通解决技术及质量问题 Key Requirements主要要求: BS degree of engineering or related technical discipline. At least 5 years experience in supplier quality assurance. Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, and ISO/QS 9001. 高度的责任感和工作主动性. 5年以上供应商质量管理/控制经验,全面了解质量控制 管理标准和程序,包括TQM, ISO/QS9001.
