　　机械加工、电子、电气、设备控制等专业学历，要求具备采掘、选矿及冶炼等矿物加工企业，丰富的现场实际操作工作经验，具有国家级技师资格证书。

　　PRINCIPLE PURPOSE:

　　To assist the Proposals Manager by working with other departments of the Company, to undertake the preparation and subsequent negotiation of the Company’s tenders and proposals.

　　QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

　　Minimum Qualification(s)of requires bachelor degree in related engineering discipline

　　Preferred Qualification(s)on Formal Estimating training in Power Industrial

　　Minimum 5 Years in Mechanical & Process Industry Sectors required

　　Needs clear understanding of Company’s products Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and data

　　Must excel in the use of spreadsheets

　　Be able to review bids from suppliers and form judgements on scope content and be able to make appropriate judgements on price basis

　　Have understanding of exchange rate mechanisms, taxes and duties, project finance and internal accounting structures

　　KEY COMPETENCIES:

　　Effective communication skills Effective application of Company procedures

　　Understanding of the Company structure and Project accounting Ability to work to tight and demanding schedules

　　Understanding of project finance Good product and component knowledge

　　Ability to contribute within a multi discipline team environment.
