Plan & project production volume, sales forecast based on customer demand and weekly update. 基于客户需求，计划投产量，每周更新。 D. Review of production status with Manufacturing by daily morning meeting and adjust production accordingly. 参加生产晨会，评价生产状态，适时对计划做出调整 E. Review of shipment status with Warehouse/Manufacturing. 评价出货、仓储和生产状态。 F. Plan and control work-in-progress and finished goods in inventory. 计划和控制在制品和成品存量。 G. Responsible for production and shipment compliance. 协调生产和出货。 Qualifications应聘资格： 1. Bachelor degree 大学本科学历。 2. at least 3 years material planning experience in MNC. 至少3年外资企业物料计划工作经验。 3. familiar with ERP and EXCEL熟悉ERP和Excel软件。 4. Familiar with main product plan.熟悉主生产计划。 5. Good at written English, good oral English is a plus良好的英文表达能力，口语良好者优先。 6.Proven abilities of coordination and get-result良好的协调合结果导向能力。

Working place:Jining City, Shandong Province Responsiblities： A. Understand Lean and Six Sigma system and provide training to target employees in Jining plant B. Request and coordinate external relative trainings C. Work with LEAN team and management team to identify business case and set up relative goals D. Identify opportunities for improvement. E. Set up annual, monthly LEAN, 6Sigma & Quality performance metrics by aligning them to the plant profit plan F. Develop LEAN, 6 Sigma implementation plans and follow up the status of action items in the plans periodically. G. Assist related functions to buildup necessary corrective actions promptly if the performance of implementation plan is not on the right track. H. Identify the backup personnel and provide necessary profession and leadership trainings. I. Coordinate and conduct external & internal systems assessment. Requirements: A. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline B. At least 3 years relative working experience in MNC. C.Solid technical knowledge of quality control, machine tools, castings and assembly practices. D. Detailed understanding of manufacturing practices, machine tools selection, manufacturing and business systems, and quality control systems E. Strong background in advanced manufacturing processes including: Just in Time, Statistical Process Control, Employee Involvement, Team-Based Management, Team Problem-Solving, Continuous Improvement. F. Knowledge of product costing, manufacturing standards development, flexible and conventional gage’s practices and procedures, and advanced computer systems and experience. G. Technical report writing skills as well as ability to prepare and present manufacturing strategies and plans. H. Advanced skills in team leading, goal setting, financial forecasting and budgeting, training, cost reduction, new product introduction, policy administration, and achieving results. I.Good computer skills is a must. J.Good written and oral English. Fluent oral English is a plus
