岗位职责: 根据公司各项目要求及客户特点组织研讨、确定设计方案。带领设计团队保质保量按时完成设计任务。 根据不同客户、不同项目的不同特点,整合公司内部及外部不同的设计师人力资源,组成、确定项目设计小组,并督导各项目小组完成设计任务。 必要时亲自主持公司重要项目,负责与客户沟通,设计述标时对客户演讲设计方案。 建立、制定、完善设计部各种图纸的出图规范,及图块库。 根据公司经营目标和发展方向,建立、完善具有本公司特点的设计工作流程。 贯彻执行公司企业文化,并对公司企业文化提出合理化建议。 根据本部门下属员工的不同特点,与人力资源部研讨,对每个员工提出学习、培训计划,并协助人力资源管理部监督执行。 根据本部门每个员工在不同项目中完成的工作量,在公司规定的提成范围内,审批每个员工的项目提成比例。 任职要求: 本科(含)以上学历,环艺、室内设计或建筑学相关专业毕业。 年龄 30 岁以上, 8 年以上专业设计工作经验。独立主持过大型公装设计项目。 有很高的艺术修养,知识面广。熟悉目前国内外建筑装饰行业的发展潮流和流行做法,并具有创新意识和能力。 精通多种装饰材料的运用,熟悉施工工艺。 熟悉设计工作流程,做过设计部管理工作。 具有良好的组织协调能力,沟通能力,述标演讲能力。 在专业杂志上发表过作品,或有过获奖作品;有良好的英语沟通能力,或国外教育背景,或外企工作经验。 (注:本条仅供参考,不是硬性规定。公司更重视本职位的组织协调和沟通能力,及综合素质。) Responsibilities: Organizing discussion and defining design plan according to requirements of each project and characteristics of the clients. Organizing the design team, to complete design tasks in time to meet qualitative and quantitative requirements. Taking consideration of different characteristics of clients and projects, to integrate internal and external designer resources to establish project design teams, and supervise each project teams to complete their tasks. Conducting important project personally if necessary. Communicating with clients and showing design plan in bidding statement. Establishing, formulating and improving various drawing regulations and segment database. Establishing and improving a design flow with characteristics of the company according to the business and development orientation. Implementing corporate culture of the company and giving rational recommendations. Carrying out discussion with HR department according to different characteristics of the staff to propose study and training plans and assist HR department in supervision and implementation. Reviewing royalty rate of the staff within the range specified according to their amount of work in different projects. Requirements: The candidates are required to have a bachelor's or higier degrees with majors in environmental art, interior design or architecture. The candidates should be 32-year-old above with at least 8 years' working experience in professional design. Experience in conducting large-scale public design projects independently is essential. Rich artistic culture and knowledge is essential. The candidates should get acquainted with developing trend and popular practice in domestic and foreign architectural decoration, and have sense and capability of innovation. The candidates should be familiar with application of various decoration materials and construction processes. The candidates should master design flow and have working experience in management of design department. Capabilities of organization, coordination, communication and bidding statement are essential. The candidates should have published works on professional magazines, or won prizes; good English communication capability, education background in foreign countries or working experience in foreign enterprises is essential.
