Responsibility:
• Provide technical services to customers and prospects.
• Support the implementation of new adhesives at prospect and customer facilities.
• Investigate and eliminate adhesive issues at customers work sites.
• Monitor adhesive applications on a continual basis, making revisions as necessary.
• Coordinate new machinery installations and start-up of new equipment at customer facilities.
• Coordinate adhesive and equipment issues with HQ, and work closely with Product
management.
• Coordinate the resolution of any non-technical issues involving customers.
• Perform and/or coordinate all duties necessary to expand and properly service customers or
prospective customers.
• Work with equipment suppliers to optimize adhesive application processes.
• Build and maintain working relationships with respective equipment manufacturers and other
co-suppliers.
Requirements:
• A tertiary Vocational education in a technical field, ideally Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with hands-on troubleshooting in production
environments.
• The ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals on all professional levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office. CRM knowledge a plus.
